Our Application Procedure is done via our website: https://www.euroculturemaster.eu/application-procedure
Please note that we have specific deadlines.
Deadlines
Euroculture has 100 study places across our seven European partner universities available every year. To be considered, you should make sure that the following applies to you:
You applied through our Online Application Tool at least two* months before the starting date** of the academic yearat your chosen university.
You made sure that all Required Documents, including reference letters, are properly accounted for in your application file.
You have confirmation that you hold (or will hold) a relevant Bachelor-level diploma before you start Euroculture. You may apply to Euroculture while awaiting your graduation, as long as you officially graduate before the start of your Euroculture studies.
* EU/EEA passport holders should apply at least two months in advance to ensure sufficient time to register. Non-EU/EEA passport holders should apply at least five months in advance to ensure sufficient time to register and arrange for a study visa. Your chosen university will assist you in this process.
** Starting dates vary from university to university. Most programmes start in September, meaning that you should apply by May (for non-EU/EEA citizens) or June(for EU/EEA citizens) depending on your citizenship. Euroculture Udine, Göttingen, and Kraków start their academic year in October, and you may therefore apply with them until later dates.
As a general rule of thumb for all applicants, we recommend that you apply before 01 May 2025 if possible to ensure a smooth application procedure with sufficient time to arrange for all practical affairs.
Application Process
The Euroculture Admissions Board assesses applications on a continuous basis for the duration of the application window. Your application is primarily assessed by your first university of choice, but may be reviewed further by representatives of the Euroculture Board of Admissions from other universities in those cases where additional review is required. Applications are considered from 01 March 2025 onwards. You may expect a result within four to six weeks after the moment of submission. Questions regarding your application status may be addressed to euroculture@rug.nl.
